BAD-CITIZEN Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BAD-CITIZEN.

Every BAD-CITIZEN garment is produced especially for you after your order is placed. Many of our clothing products are manufactured and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Tapstitch, helping us reduce waste by producing only what is needed.

Please read the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

As most clothing is made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Typical production times are:

  • Clothing: 2–7 business days

  • Original artwork and limited edition prints: As stated on the product page

During busy periods, product launches, promotional events or public holidays, production may take longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Europe

  • Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days

United States & Canada

  • Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days

Australia & New Zealand

  • Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days

Rest of the World

  • Estimated delivery: 7–25 business days

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping method selected

The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.

Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

Multiple Shipments. If your order contains different products, they may be produced at different facilities or at different times. As a result, your order may arrive in separate deliveries.

You will not be charged additional shipping unless this is clearly shown during checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by their local customs authority.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless expressly stated.

Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.

BAD-CITIZEN cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided during checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Failed Deliveries

If a parcel cannot be delivered because:

  • the address provided is incorrect

  • the parcel is unclaimed

  • delivery attempts have been unsuccessful

  • customs charges are refused

the parcel may be returned to the fulfilment facility. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss the available options. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be sent again.

Lost Parcels

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

  • Any relevant tracking information

We will investigate the shipment with the shipping carrier and our fulfilment partner.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A description of the damage

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Customs inspections

  • Postal disruptions

  • Industrial action

  • Public holidays

  • High seasonal demand

  • Carrier delays

BAD-CITIZEN is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

 

Original Artwork

Original artwork and limited edition prints may require additional preparation before dispatch.

Any specific production or shipping times will be displayed on the relevant product page.

Where artwork requires specialist packaging or insurance, additional delivery charges may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production starts shortly after your order is placed, requests to amend or cancel an order can only be accommodated before manufacturing begins.

If production has already started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
